Project Grad Scholarship Claims

If you attended Austin-East or Fulton high schools and completed the Project GRAD program requirements prior to graduation:

• Click the CLAIM FORM button below.
• Completely fill out the form to claim disbursements of scholarship funds.
• Upload the required documentation.
  • First-time claims: Upload copy of college/institution class schedule showing full-time registration status.
  • Repeat/subsequent claims: Upload unofficial transcript and upcoming semester class schedule showing full-time status.
• Complete the claim form every semester to determine continued eligibility for scholarship.
• Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing of your scholarship claim request.
• Deadlines
  • Fall: Aug. 31
  • Spring: Jan. 31
  • Summer scholarships are only available for TCAT Knoxville students.
