KEF is a champion for all public schools in Knox County by providing grant opportunities to educators, schools, and district departments through the Priority Based Grants program that funds proposals that focus on academic outcomes and have specific measurable goals. Any Knox County Schools employee, department, or school may apply for a grant during the open dates of the application window. The applications are reviewed by a grant committee consisting of professionals with backgrounds in education, strategy, and grants.
